The management of buildings owned by Bodies Corporate is a highly specialised task requiring staff who are dedicated to this field, each building generally having more than twenty section owners, each with their own set of problems and enquiries. |

| Our Managing Director, Alyce Collins has been in the property industry since 1985. On relocating from Namibia to Cape Town in 1988, she continued building the company and has pride in having nurtured it to become known as Cape Town's specialist in property matters that require things a little out of the ordinary. Ms Collins holds diplomas in various property-related courses she has completed and continues to educate herself in new disciplines within the industry. Each staff member is trained in a quite specific property field, resulting in specialised work, which pays handsome dividends for our clients. We are all multi-lingual individuals with experience in many fields outside property but relevant to the different fields in which we specialise. |
